Cancellation Policy

  Purpose This policy establishes the terms and conditions under which Watch Battery Pros ("WBP," "we," "our," or "us") provides on‑site watch‑battery services to residential and business customers ("you" or "customer"). 2  Service Scope Battery replacement for most analog, digital, quartz, automatic, and smart‑watch brands. Complementary gasket inspection, case reseal, and water‑resistance pressure test (when applicable). Minor strap/bracelet adjustments at technician discretion. 3  Coverage Area We service Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, and surrounding Valley communities within a 25‑mile radius of downtown Phoenix. Mileage beyond 25 miles may incur a $0.75 / mile surcharge (quoted in advance). 4  Pricing & Payment Service Rate Inclusions Standard battery replacement Flat $34.95 Premium Swiss silver‑oxide cell, reseal, basic pressure test Additional batteries in same visit $29.95 ea. Same inclusions Mileage surcharge (if applicable) $0.75 / mile Beyond 25 miles Payment is due upon completion via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or contactless chip reader. For security, technicians do not carry cash. 5  Scheduling & Cancellation Book online or by phone; choose a 30‑minute arrival window. You’ll receive a confirmation email/text plus technician ETA updates. Cancel or reschedule ≥ 2 hours before the window with no fee; changes < 2 hours incur a $15 late‑change fee. 6  Service Guarantee & Warranty 12‑month workmanship warranty—if your watch stops due to battery failure or improper reseal within 12 months, we’ll replace the battery and correct the seal at no charge. Warranty excludes mechanical failures, damage unrelated to battery/service, or water ingress caused by pre‑existing case defects. 7  Liability & Insurance WBP is licensed (#AZ‑WBP‑4321), bonded, and carries $1 million in general liability coverage. Our liability is limited to the lesser of: (a) replacement value of the watch up to $2,500, or (b) refund of service charges. 8  Customer Responsibilities Provide accurate watch model details and disclose any known issues. Ensure an adult (18+) is present for the appointment. Inspect the watch upon job completion and sign the digital work order.
