Watch Battery Pro tries its best to satisfy every client and if, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we extend a thirty (30) day return privilege. To qualify for a complete refund, we do ask that all items returned be in as-new condition (unless defective) within 30 days of date of purchase.
If you plan to return a watch band, do not wear it. Once it is worn,
it is not in "as-new" condition.
All products will be inspected to ensure that there are no missing pieces
or parts. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a credit for items that are missing
parts or pieces, It takes approximately 2-3 days to process your refund once
the band is back in our possession.
If you would like to RETURN an item for credit - we will refund full purchase price of the item(s), less original shipping and handling costs. this includes the original shipping cost if item(s) being returned was shipped at no charge to customer.
If you would like to EXCHANGE for a different size or product - you will only pay for a new shipping and a price difference, if applies.
